On every
clinic appointment day, and for all visits with the dietitians and nurses, you
MUST go to Patient Registration FIRST in order to be registered for that visit.
This applies to new AND return visits. Please make certain that the hospital has
your correct address and phone number information, and that the correct family
physician is also indicated in your record. Also, if you have two different MCP
numbers, please let us know so that your records can be combined into one
chart.
If you are coming to the hospital only to have routine
non-scheduled bloodwork done, you do not need to register. You should proceed
directly to the blood collecton station on the Main Floor (opposite Clinic 3)
and take a number and a seat.
